Nicolas Ghèsquière's Coussin took the Monogram off the canvas and pressed it into puffed lambskin, producing a cushion-soft body that holds the house's most recognisable pattern in relief rather than print.
This example is worked in cream lambskin with a chunky gold chain and a wide LOUIS VUITTON jacquard webbing strap with vachetta leather tabs, giving two very different ways to wear it.

Why this piece
Coussin holds value better than most recent LV releases
Cream is a less common colourway than black
Includes both the chain and the jacquard strap
Vachetta still light, which buyers prefer
Positioning
Photograph both straps and both carrying positions. The dual-strap option is a real selling point and half of listings fail to show it. Cream lambskin sells fastest when the photographs prove it is clean, so shoot it in daylight against white.
Closing
The Coussin is one of the few recent Louis Vuitton designs that has held its price on resale rather than sliding, which says something about how well the idea landed.
